4. Photos and personalized content
Photos, text and files sent by the customer are used only for the needs of the order: creation, retouching, personalization, printing, shipping and after-sales service.
Reliqua does not publish, resell or use the customer's personalized photos or creations for advertising, commercial or promotional purposes without the customer's prior express agreement.
The customer is responsible for the content sent and guarantees having the necessary rights and authorizations, especially regarding image rights of represented people.
5. Data recipients
Personal data may be sent, only when necessary, to the following recipients:
- Reliqua's internal team responsible for orders, personalization, customer service and administration;
- website hosting providers;
- payment providers;
- carriers and logistics providers;
- technical providers, order management tools, email or customer service tools;
- advisers, accountants, administrations or authorities when required by law.
Reliqua's providers are required to respect the confidentiality and security of data entrusted to them.
