2. Definitions
Customer: any natural person acting as a consumer who places an order on the website.
Product: any poster, print, visual creation or personalized product offered for sale by Reliqua.
Personalized product: any product made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, including from photos, text, first names, dates, formats, graphic choices, retouching requests or specific instructions supplied by the customer.
Order: any order confirmed and paid for by the customer on the website.
3. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed by consumer customers on the Reliqua website.
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms of Sale before confirming the order. Confirmation of the order implies full acceptance of the Terms of Sale.
The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the order date.
4. Products offered
Reliqua offers personalized posters made in particular from photos, visuals, text, graphic choices and instructions supplied by the customer.
The essential characteristics of the products, including format, medium, personalization options, price, possible fees and estimated times, are shown on the product pages before order confirmation.
Photographs, previews and visuals shown on the website are illustrative. Slight rendering differences may exist between on-screen display and the printed product, especially because of screen settings, file quality, print type or medium. These differences do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity when the delivered product matches the agreed characteristics.
5. Content provided by the customer
To create a personalized product, the customer may send photos, text, dates, first names, instructions or any other element required for the creation.
The customer guarantees that they:
- hold the necessary rights to the content supplied;
- have, where necessary, permission from the people represented;
- have permission from legal representatives when minors are represented;
- will not send unlawful, offensive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, violent, pornographic or degrading content;
- will not send content infringing copyright, image rights, privacy or any third-party right.
The customer remains solely responsible for the content supplied. Reliqua may refuse or cancel an order when the content is manifestly unlawful, contrary to these Terms of Sale or likely to infringe third-party rights.
6. Quality of supplied files
The customer is responsible for the quality, resolution, framing, brightness and accuracy of the files and information supplied.
When the supplied file quality is insufficient, the printed result may be affected: blur, pixelation, lack of sharpness, poor framing, poor exposure or altered colors.
Reliqua may, where possible, alert the customer or request a new file, without this being a systematic obligation.
If a preview, mockup or proof is offered before production, the customer must check it carefully before approval. Approval of the preview or mockup constitutes agreement on visible elements, including text, spelling, layout, framing and graphic choices.
7. Order
The customer selects the desired product, chooses available options, sends the elements needed for personalization and confirms the order after checking the summary.
Before final confirmation, the customer must check:
- the selected product;
- personalization options;
- the files, text and information supplied;
- the delivery address;
- the total price;
- delivery costs;
- these Terms of Sale.
The order becomes firm after payment confirmation and acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Reliqua reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including manifest error, suspected fraud, unlawful content, unusable file, unresolved previous dispute or technical impossibility of producing the requested personalization.
8. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes when VAT applies.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation.
Reliqua may change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed when the customer confirms the order.
In case of an obvious pricing error, Reliqua may cancel the order and refund the customer.
9. Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the website, including: [To be completed] .
The order is processed after effective payment confirmation.
Payment data is processed by the secure payment providers used by the website. Reliqua does not store the customer's full bank card details.
If payment is refused, disputed or fails, the order will not be processed or may be suspended.
10. Personalized products and absence of withdrawal right
Important information. Under Article L.221-28, 3 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Because Reliqua posters are made from the customer's photos, text, choices, instructions and/or specific requests, they are personalized products.
Therefore, except where the product is defective, damaged or non-compliant, the customer does not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right for personalized products ordered on the website.
The customer acknowledges that the order concerns a personalized product and that they may not request cancellation, return or refund for a simple change of mind after confirmation.
This exclusion of the withdrawal right does not deprive the customer of legal rights under applicable guarantees, including in case of a non-compliant, defective or damaged product.

I acknowledge that my order concerns a personalized product, made according to my specifications, and that I do not benefit from the right of withdrawal under Article L.221-28, 3 of the French Consumer Code, except in case of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product.
11. Modification or cancellation of a personalized order
Any request to modify or cancel an order after confirmation must be sent quickly to support@reliqua.co .
Reliqua will make best efforts to take the request into account if production has not yet started.
However, due to the personalized nature of the products, no modification or cancellation can be guaranteed after order confirmation. If creation, printing or shipping has already started, the order may be maintained.
12. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address. If an address error is attributable to the customer, costs linked to a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
Production and delivery times are indicated on the website or during the order. They may vary depending on the period, carrier, order volume and selected options.

- Indicative delivery time: [To be completed]
- Delivery areas: [To be completed]
- Carriers: [To be completed]
Reliqua undertakes to deliver the order within the time indicated to the customer during the order. If no specific time is indicated, delivery will occur within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, except in special cases notified to the customer.
In case of delivery delay, the customer may contact Reliqua at support@reliqua.co .
13. Transfer of risk
For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier proposed by Reliqua, physically takes possession of the product.
If the customer chooses a carrier other than those proposed by Reliqua, the risk transfers to the customer when the product is handed over to that carrier.
14. Parcel receipt
On receipt, the customer is invited to check the apparent condition of the parcel.
If the parcel is clearly damaged, opened, crushed, wet or shows abnormal marks, the customer is advised to:
- refuse the parcel where possible;
- or make precise reservations with the carrier;
- keep useful evidence;
- contact Reliqua quickly at support@reliqua.co .
Failure to refuse the parcel or make reservations with the carrier does not deprive the customer of rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.
If damage is found after opening the parcel, the customer is invited to contact Reliqua as soon as possible so the claim can be processed.
15. Claims: required elements
Any claim must be sent by email to support@reliqua.co .
To allow fast and efficient processing, the customer is invited to provide:
- the order number;
- the name and email address used for the order;
- a detailed description of the issue;
- the relevant context of the claim;
- any checks, troubleshooting or steps already carried out, where applicable;
- any useful photo or supporting document.
For a claim related to a damaged, non-compliant product or delivery issue, the customer is invited to attach, where possible:
- clear photos of the item or items received;
- photos of the defect or damage observed;
- photos of the outer packaging;
- photos of the inner packaging and protection;
- photos of the shipping label;
- any document provided by the carrier.
These elements help verify the situation faster and speed up resolution.
The customer is invited to keep the product, packaging and protective elements until the claim has been processed. Reliqua may request additional elements reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
Missing evidence does not automatically remove the customer's legal rights. However, if missing elements make it objectively impossible to verify the reported issue, claim processing may be delayed or require additional information.
16. Damaged, defective or non-compliant product
In case of a damaged, defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact Reliqua at support@reliqua.co .
After reviewing the claim and the elements provided, Reliqua will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- product replacement;
- product reprinting;
- shipment of a new product;
- a full or partial refund when legal conditions are met.
If a confirmed defect falls under Reliqua's responsibility or the legal guarantee of conformity, the necessary costs of bringing the product into conformity will not be charged to the customer.
No return must be made without prior instructions from Reliqua. When a return is necessary, Reliqua will tell the customer what procedure to follow.
17. Legal guarantee of conformity
Reliqua is required to deliver goods that conform to the order and is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery, under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery of the product.
Under this guarantee, the customer may request that the product be brought into conformity, including by replacement or repair where possible and proportionate.
For personalized posters, bringing the product into conformity will generally take the form of reprinting or replacement when the defect is confirmed.
The customer may not rely on the legal guarantee of conformity for a simple change of mind, an error in information they validated, poor quality of the source file supplied, or a slight normal rendering variation linked to printing, unless the delivered product does not match the agreed characteristics or has an abnormal defect.
Information box on legal guarantees
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity if a conformity defect appears.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives the right to repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge and without major inconvenience for the consumer.
When repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, refused or does not occur under the legal conditions, the consumer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, depending on the cases provided by the French Consumer Code.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted.
The consumer may also decide to use the guarantee against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

18. Guarantee against hidden defects
The customer may also act under the guarantee against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, when the legal conditions are met.
In this case, the customer may choose between cancellation of the sale or a price reduction, in accordance with the French Civil Code.
19. Returns
Personalized products cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.
A return may be organized only in the following cases:
- defective product;
- damaged product;
- product not compliant with the order;
- express request from Reliqua while processing a claim.
The customer must not return a product without first contacting Reliqua. Return instructions will be sent by email when a return is necessary.
When the return is justified by a confirmed defect, damage or lack of conformity, return or reshipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
20. Liability
Reliqua is responsible for proper performance of orders placed on the website, under the conditions provided by law.
Reliqua cannot be held liable for:
- misuse of the product by the customer;
- an error in information or content provided by the customer;
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;
- poor quality of a source file supplied by the customer when that poor quality affects the final rendering;
- content supplied by the customer, including infringement of third-party rights;
- force majeure.
No clause in these Terms of Sale limits the consumer customer's legal rights, including under the legal guarantee of conformity.
21. Force majeure
Reliqua cannot be held liable for delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure under French law, including an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event preventing normal performance of the order.
22. Personal data
In connection with orders, Reliqua processes personal data, including customer contact details, order information, payment data processed by payment providers, and photos and content sent for personalization.
For more information, the customer is invited to read the Privacy Policy.

If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts according to the ordinary rules applicable to consumers.
